Holiday Doc here and it’s time to open up the doors to my team. It’s been a while and it took some contemplating but we have decided to move forward and give the ladder a last shot. Recruiting is quite a bit more complicated for my team compared to others you may have seen. This is because I believe recruiting should involve a lot more than just skill at one game. Why do so many teams with tremendous skill fail? I believe it’s because they lack many of the other qualities that is required of a long lasting team. Dedication, maturity and mental fitness are all qualities that I require out of a team member. You can look back at my teammates and they have not strayed far. When people did leave it was because I was not running enough matches to suit their needs. You have to be willing to put the time and effort into making this dream into a reality. That’s what we are all about here on The New Breed. You’ve seen it in my videos, and if you haven’t then you need to go check them out before reading any further, our team is a tight-knit group. We’ve played together for a long time now and it just didn’t happen overnight. So I ask again if you’re ready to put the time needed into making it onto a team like The New Breed? Below you will find an application; this is just the first knock at the door. The chance for me to open up the door and for you to sell me on giving you your shot, make it good. I personally will be taking a look at each and every application that comes through our site. I will hand pick the ones that I think have the qualities to make it on our team. Are you ready?
